Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing the hotel Chiado16–Premium Accommodation for your stay in Lisbon.

Below are the hotel terms and conditions. Please read them carefully in order to have total acknowledge of our policies.

Bookings

The bill of each reservation must be paid in full by credit card or cash in the moment of the check-out. At the check-in it's required to present the identity card or the passport of each client.

Check In and Check Out Times

Check-in time - 3:00pm

Check-out time - 12:00pm

It is possible to receive early check-in, however it is advisable to request it directly to the hotel before the stay. It is also possible to do early check-out, that must be informed to the receptionist during the stay of the clients. These services may have a fee to be applied, depending on each situation. The hotel has a luggage storage available for all the clients that do late check-out, which is free of charge.

Cancellations and/or Non Arrival

Cancellations and amendments can be made up to 48 hours prior to 18:00 hours on the day of arrival and a refund will be organized. Any cancellation made after this time results in full prepayment being forfeited.

Children Policy

Children - below 12 years old

Supplements

Breakfast

- Adult:10€ VAT/per day

- Child: Children under the age of 12 are not charged for the breakfast.

Extra bed:

One older child or adult is charge 30€ per night/per person.

Parking:

Private parking cost 25€ per day (reservation needed).
